Can I Get A Video Recorders With An In-built Camera?

I really want to buy a camcorder but want it to also have a good quality still-photo camera; does such a product exist??

Most of the new camcorders out there take still images too, but most of them take better videos than stills. The opposite is true of still cameras that also take videos.
If you only can buy one camera (video or still) you will need to decide which one is your priority.
