How Does Apple Survive When Itunes Is Such Crap?

Hey, I’m an honest customer. I not only bought an iPod, I legally bought tons of stuff on iTunes.
Still how can other people do the same:
1) When you upgrade iTunes, it does not remember the setttings from your previous install
2) If you accidentally delete something, iTunes does not remember you purchased it and allow you to get it back.
3) The iTunes auto update of songs is so buggy I had to change to manual. All of a sudden I had more “space” on my iPod. Several songs were copied multiple times.
4) Support by Apple for iTunes only slight better than Amazon which is by the way the worst support support on the interent.
Why is apple not bankrupt already?

I think that iTunes is just fine, along with Apple computers, but that’s just my opinion.

They were the first group to actually create a decent MP3 player with memory, and ever since then it and iTunes have become a fashion statement of sorts even though there are many better alternative MP3 players out there.

Remember that there are other stuff under apple like their computers and the other i’s like iriver, ihome and iphones. People who don’t know what to do with their money are buying these like crazy. Even If they only had ipods then they still would be rich because kids and adults are all getting ipods. Even though there are mp3 players, people mostly still buy ipods.
